Well I'm sorry for your condition, as I know you have no control over it. But that doesn't mean you can't still think hurting others is Immoral regardless of whether or not you have empathy for them.
As for abortion, I don't think anyone has the right to choose to kill any other innocent person. I could just as easily say "slavery is wrong, but if you don't believe blacks are ppl, I respect your right to choose to enslave them." Anyway, moving on. I don't want to turn this into another abortion thread.
