Why aren't you guys advocating for African refugees? Too dark for you? Is Syrian brown the limit of color you'll accept?

It's called staying on topic. It's laughably obtuse to conclude we don't feel the same way about all refugees just because we're having to address people shitting themselves over refugees from Syria right now.

I asked about our peace and prosperity earlier. The point is that, while that's due in part to having stolen a great place from Native Americans, it's also a result of our political and economic systems and our culture. You know about giving a man a fish v. teaching him to fish. Same thing here - exporting our systems would result in lasting improvements, while taking in refugees is just a band-aid.

Trying to export our systems by force seems to be at the root of this mess.
