I actually try to avoid personal attacks, or being too insulting. Not that I care if anyone else wants to be vitriolic, but personally I try to use kinder words. I say the i word, even if I'm thinking the m word.
Well, it's one thing if you've read it and have gone to great lengths to warp it into something palatable, but if you've ignored it entirely and just taken someone else's word for it, the former would be ironic and the latter would be moronic, as I see it. Does that make sense?
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?
