So here you made up a theory that the number of dwarfs in the population is proportional to the number of dwarfs found in management positions hence why there are so many less dwarfs in management positions.

Females, on the other hand, account for roughly 50% of the population of Ireland. Thus, when women hold only one in five available management positions, I am forced to wonder what else is at play.

And here you disprove your own theory as the number of women in the population isn't proportional to the number of women in management positions.

Your reasoning is hence proved false.
