That's utter nonsense (I'm, like, totally shocked, for realz). There's no such thing as sin. Sin, by definition is a transgression against god. There is no god - therefore there is no sin.
And no - there is no "gravitation for humans to commit sin". There's just a tendency among religions - and christian churches in particular - to stigmatize certain natural behaviors of humans, in order to induce feelings of guilt, shame and worthlessness among their gullible flocks, so that priests can sell forgiveness.
