People loved Civil War, which basically whiped its ass with the source material, but it's plot was so bad, like criminally bad. Winter Soldier was supposed to be great, but it felt like watching a film that my high school teacher was forcing the class to watch.
And all the Marvel fanboys will shit on the DCEU when Marvel only has a handful of movies that are better than the ones DC puts out.
I'm just waiting for the comic book movie to go the way of the western.
The way of the Western? Didn't they just make a Magnificent Seven movie?
And I'm amazed you didn't mention Iron Man 3 or Age of Ultron if we're talking about wiping asses on source material. Compared to those, I'd say Civil War was about the best thing we could have hoped for.
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?
