I don't mind us getting off the MCU as long as it's about comic book movies or their associated TV programs.
Wonder Woman might flop too...Justice League might really be the last entry in the DCEU if that's the case, unless it makes Star Wars money (not bloody likely). They should have cut their losses with BvS, but they were already too far into production with the other stuff...talk about betting on the wrong horse. "It's the STORY, stupid!" So sad. They really deserve to be done justice, pun intended.
Dredd is a British comic character so, is a comic movie.
I've enjoyed most of the Marvel movies, though I found Age of Ultron to be the weakest, story-wise, so far (followed closely by Ironman 2). My favourites have to be Guardians of the Galaxy and DeadPool.
Age of Ultron could have easily been fixed by being split into 2 parts. They could have built up the Hulk/Black Widow romance more organically, given more development to the twins, shown Tony developing a relationship with his 'son' before driving him to madness and justifying his dark path, and given portions like Thor's vision quest more fleshing out. Such a waste.
I would have said Iron Man 3 was the worst story-wise, though. There was literally no way to fix that train wreck.
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?
