When is a sex scandal relevant?

There are only a few times when a sex scandal in politics is releveant:

#1. When a sack of shit (Let's call him Newt) wants to legislate what you can do in your bedroom, and what gender you're allowed to marry... has an extramarital affairs

#2. When a fucked-up piece of shit (Let's call him Dennis) molested a little boy

#3. When it's non-consensual

#4. When a sack of shit (Let's call him Newt again) claims to be for family values, and cheats on his 2nd wife

There, fixed that for you.  Newt is famous (well, notorious) for even cheating on his mistresses.
