I honestly wouldn't have believed it if this wasn't picked up by a legitimate news source:

This isn’t an excerpt from Fifty Shades of Grey. It’s the alleged relationship that Nevada Republican adviser Benjamin Sparks mandated upon his former fiancée, according to documents and records obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
According to the newspaper, their relationship moved at a stunningly fast pace. A police report indicates that they began dating on November 2 and that the “sex slave” contract was dated November 3. They soon moved in together.
“He was very demanding and did not take no for an answer,” the woman—who was granted anonymity—told the Review-Journal. “Over the last month it escalated into very rough sex where he’d actually hurt me. He back-handed me… and forced himself on me.”

Somehow I don't think I think BDSM and being Republican go together. Do we now note the political persuation of all thieves, rapists, and murders?

Yeah I assume this thread is a joke. Not that this didn't actually happen, but that it reflects on republicans in general or that it even has anything to do with political leanings to begin with.

What exactly could she be getting out of this? If you're a slave, then you aren't getting money. I hope he at least kept the heat up, if she has to be nude all the time.

You might read up on BDSM. Most forums have more wanna be slaves than wanna be masters.
After reading the link, I think they are both insane. That contract was signed the day after they met.

Well authoritarianism does tend to correlate with objectification and mistreatment of people in general.

Yeah, she's got to have some screws loose, and the dude is obviously some sort of sociopath. Even people into BDSM have the rule safe, sane, and consensual. This isn't any of those.
