Hate is not something that is intentionally a negative response to someone else actions or even your own. A over weight person can use *Hate* has a tool to fix the fact that she or he is over weight. The person can look in full body mirror and say "I hate you, your fat fucking piece of shit. and you will not exist anymore." You can use hate in the sense of an action that is being done in society, take the attempted censorship of the internet for instance. If you hate any type of censorship in media or in life. Your disdain for the action it self will in power you to do something about it. It's the way you go about it which makes it the "Bad" by society standards.
