Cookies and candy, cake, pie, jelly, I'm thinking about content now. LOL, before Xmas was making caramels when the bad news hit and wound up giving pounds of the stuff away. Granted I wouldn't have eaten all of it, but sampling a statistical percentage for strictly quality purposes would seem to be something allowable in any diet regime . . .
I myself used sweets as incentives/rewards. Bringing a big stack of tests home to grade? Better pick up a box of cookies, a bag of candy and probably something salty too. Complete a long day that stretches into the evening for Back To School night? That deserves an entire carton of Haagandas ice cream .. at least.
Tonight is the final meeting of this sex week class. Hope I've lost some more but regardless I'm going to try to get on down to my final target weight of 170. Once I get there, I can't wait to be able to enjoy sweets in moderation again. I'd say my metabolism is able to handle one goody with coffee in the morning or after dinner for dessert. What it can't deal with is a limitless overload. Maintenance is looking like a really good place to get to.
