Nope. A misuse of something is to use it in an unintended manner, usually for a personally understood adverse effect. Such as misusing my socks as a substitute for bubble wrap.
An abuse of something is to make excessive use of a thing to the point where it has become damaging to or difficult to maintain the supply of. Abusing a woman tied up in your basement would not be misusing her unless you thought it was.
