Nope. A misuse of something is to use it in an unintended manner, usually for a personally understood adverse effect. Such as misusing my socks as a substitute for bubble wrap.

An abuse of something is to make excessive use of a thing to the point where it has become damaging to or difficult to maintain the supply of. Abusing a woman tied up in your basement would not be misusing her unless you thought it was.

Skillessness? Only when it comes to politics. Just look at all our crummy leaders we've got.
Besides, we had half the planet under our control, but we lost our way by becoming corrupt.
