Undocumented workers contribute around $150 billion in economic activity every year and about 8% of their income in taxes. Approximately 8 million US jobs depend on the economic activity of undocumented immigrants. It would cost hundreds of billions of dollars to deport them all. There's a promise that would cause a depression if kept.
