This is just based on systems I have used (for all I know Mongolia's might be the best in the world)
Germany - fastest, least complicated, Best doctors in terms of knowledge and being helpful
Australia - Nicer Hospital then at home . Just below Germany in the above
America - If I don't have something nice to say
bold mine
Fare enough. I only have direct experience with the US and depend on other people's stories. My sister has little good to say about Canada healthcare, but that another discussion about access and efficiency if you have non resident status. (4 years in Calgary while her husband worked for Shell).
The bold: That is at the heart of the matter. The constant negatives about the US get old, at least for me. Yeah, the US may not be the best at all things, it has flaws, not perfect. That being said, I think (hope) you'd admit, in part, that the US must get a lot of things right also.
And here is what rubs me wrong, this forum seems to have more than it's fair share of US haters (maybe hater is to strong, but it's close). So now the question I would pose is why? Does the forum population give equal time to Canada is shit because....., Austria is shit because......, Britain is shit because......
Or is this more a case of sour grapes? Is it more personally fulfilling for people (you, abaris, Mr Abba, Min, to name a few) to run things down than to prop things up. Personally, I can't be that person. Well I can, but I don't like it and would prefer not to. What do you (the collective) prefer and do your posts support your preference?
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
