An EPA director who think the environment is something to trash for profit. An Education Secretary who hates public education. A vice president who can't wait for fucking jesus to come back killing everyone. An Interior Secretary who wants to clear cut the national forests. And a HUD Secretary who thinks slaves were "immigrants," among others. One can hardly wait for his supreme court nominees to start issuing rulings to drag this country back to the 1750's.
Feel free to delude yourself that everything is fucking wonderful if you like. Right now I see us on our way to third-world nation status and cheering it on does no good at all.
I don't think everything is wonderful. I didn't vote for the WLB (your new fond term). I haven't supported one of the actions he as taken. I do think we got exactly what our political process and political parties gave us. If they can't/don't listen to the people, all of the people, and just keep up with business as usual, occasionally this is going to happen.
BTW, politics is not your only constant negative rant.

Of course I agree America gets more right then wrong . It's the most powerful and advanced nation on the face of the earth i think that says it all.
I only dare speak for myself . I don't hate America but i am worried about it . Because it's the giant next door .If it winds up failing the consquences would be too terrible to think about . Maybe that's why when it does mess up i get hyper critical in a way i would not for other nations .
The quality of health care also varies in the US. Depending on where you lived, your experience in NC may not have been representative of the country.
As I said, hate may have been to strong of a word. I understand what you're saying and try to take your posts with a grain of salt. But don't be surprised if you get called out on hyper critical.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
