You may be right about all of it... maybe Madonna is a baby-stealing degenerate who laughs as she rips them from their mothers' arms.
Or maybe, since she doesn't feel like she alone has the ability to change the politics linking several cultures and countries, past/future. She and, say, Angelina Jolie adopt babies-in-need while giving lots of time and money to important charities and tasks that are dedicated to making a difference.
