Except there was no post-Babylonian "Kingdom of Israel." What there was was a minor Persian province which they named Yehud - from whence we derive the modern term "Jews" which had no king except in Persia. In fact, it is not until the end late 2d century BC that the Hasmonean Dynasty began to style themselves as kings. Prior to that they had been parts of the Ptolemaic or Seleucid Empires.
