On the other hand athletes have advantages over other athletes all the time, in terms of height and weight.
I don't really think female UFC fighters for example should be in anyway be punished or looked down on for not accepting fights with transsexual women but I also personally don't have a problem with women fighting transsexuals if they want to.
Then if agreement is the issue it gets more complicated when it comes to team sports because a full team of women would have to agree that they're ok facing a team with a transsexual so I don't know about that sort of situation.
