What you are proposing ( along with 9-11, the birthers, Pearl Harbor, etc., etc, ) is a "conspiracy" so vast and maintained for such a long period of time that it boggles the mind. As Ben Franklin said, "three people can keep a secret if two of them are dead" and you believe that thousands of people can maintain strict discipline and silence?
