One of the good things about riding a bike is that ankle sprains become difficult to achieve!
And I know that I'm prone to spraining... sometimes I just step on a rock the wrong way and there it goes... Luckily I've somehow developed a way of quickly step again to get weight off that foot - it's been allowing me to keep my feet working with my last major sprain happening over 2 decades ago!
