It was great, and definitely set the bar for comic book films. Awesome performances all-around, great characters, and a nice sense of open-ended closure at the end (if that makes any sense).
My only gripes would be that it's a little long, but it seems necessary to full flesh out the story, and Batman's voice was over-done. Ledger was awesome, what a great final role.
