yeah... that's the part that sucks when you ration what you eat.
I just try to eat whatever I have, but only buy good things... except for the peanut/peanut butter chocolates and Maltesers... luckily, I have to walk for 30 minutes to get to the store that has those peanut goodies, so I don't go there so often.

But can't have them every day, or else my gut will be in continuous purge mode, if you get my "flow". So I only get one bag per week, which lasts me for 2 days (one day, when I'm particularly nibbly)
On the other days, I nibble on dried fruits, mostly cashew or walnuts, or even banana chips. However, right now, I have Crunchy apple slices.
