You can't use Tor for bittorrent... unless you're an asshole. Really -- the network was never designed to handle the load bittorrent induces and when you can get a stable connection, you'll get shitty download rates.
Also, child pornographers and the like use Tor heavily, which, unfortunately, will place you under additional scrutiny from anti-CP advocates and Law Enforcement via profiling. Which, if you want to fly under the radar, indulging in heavy data transfers that bittorrent will induce will raise alarm. So the act of transferring copyrighted content illegally on Tor will land you in more hot water than if one simply used an alt DNS, protocol encryption and DHT.
