I'm confused why you are ranting about this when we seem to be moving in the right direction for legalizing it. I think in our generation it will be legal in America even if it is done one state at a time. This rant might have been placed better a decade ago.

Its legal on state by state but the problem is federally speaking illegal as hell.

I have no secondary motive but you have Jeff Sessions lately talking about making the drug war a lot worse than it already is. 
That and here in Florida we just legalized it for medical use and most counties already made it legal for recreational use and you can own and grow it up to 2 plants.

The thing here is there is states now protecting marijuana smokers if the majority of the states legalize and there is a fed crack down it would be a pointless waste of time even now such action would be stupid.
