That's something I'd like to try but no opportunity yet.

Raw seal is good it quite tender meat . The flippers are also good cooked (remember it not all eaten raw)

Walrus is good too thou you can't much heavy

Caribou is good very deer like meat wise

All with some Aalu - dip made for seal and Caribou  mixed with fat and blood

Had some caribou and moose when in Alaska, liked it very much. Apparently it does not travel well. No one else would eat what I brought home. 

We occasionally give the dogs dried moose snouts as treats.
