What the hell are you talking about?  What does that have to do with being anti-vaxx?  You really are just spouting bullshit, alpha.  I don't believe that you're that dense, so you must simply be trolling.

What I'm getting on about is that I don't buy that all the people within the guidelines who aren't compliant just never heard about it. A substantial number have likely heard about it but declined to get it. Call them anti-vaxxers lite or whatever you like, point is that they chose not to get a vaccine.
