Is there a such thing as an extreme left?

If Scooby likes Trump doesn't that make Scooby right-wing? At least socially.

Seems like economic left but social right  to me. Like Stalin.

There are no extreme lefts in this country, though many conservatives will claim anything close to center left is extreme.It says more about how far the spectrum has shifted to the right, than it does about leftist policies.

Any prominent Democrat, no matter how Centrist, is called a Left Wing Extremist by Republicans. It's part of the way they always try (often successfully) to control the narrative by not quite telling the truth or outright lying. Like saying Obamacare had death panels over and over again.
