After screwing up while entertaining with sangria and imbibing way too much my self, I've had to ramp up my restrictions. I was getting a scone or a cookie out every day so I stopped that. Now I'm allowing myself one scone each weekend while day to day I only keep boring cookies around and have a few only with a cuppa. (Takes the guesswork and deciding out of it.) Keeping meals pretty simple and routine.
