Is it not the express will of god that people keep the sabbath? This was so important to god that he issued capital punishment to those who violated it in the slightest. Yet, Jesus taught that the sabbath was jest a suggestion that could be ignored whenever it proved inconvenient. So according to your definition, Jesus was evil. Is that not why in the end god forsook him?
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
