Your right. Many people could exercise daily and change their health, but some people can do no more than go for a walk, if that. Certain disabilities, diseases, mental illness or just plain time makes it difficult if not impossible. Thats why the foods we eat or don't eat are so important.
I think americas obsession with body image has become its own epidemic in young girls. I was not overweight, but curvier than my fellow middle school stick body friends. I was constantly focused on my body. Mom was always on a diet, and if you ask me or my 2 sisters we all know her goal weight. Its 118 lbs, which is what she was at 17 fuckin years old. My parents paid for me to join Jenny Craig diet 13. It took me years to be happy with my body image and now I focus less on dieting, and more on feeling healthy. Much happier

I was a born-again christian for many years then I got woke.. and now life is better in so many ways. It's taking me time to see my value and find my voice, but the reward is liberating knowing my path is not dictated or controlled by fear of death and the unknown. Casting off the shackles of religion is pretty fucking awesome. The beautiful people I've met on this forum have more heart and compassion than any group of people I've been apart of. So back off Jesus and followers, because this bitch is done with Chu.
