Looks like the New York fed reserve theft was Bangladeshi money. And then someone rounded the figure up to $100 mil.
I'm assuming the Fed will not guaranty replacement of money stolen from out of it's system, but I could be wrong. Where they gonna get $86 mill without an act of Congress unless they 'steal' it from someone else . . .
