2 bell peppers
bunch broccoli
tb grated fresh turmeric
tb grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 can coconut milk, full fat

Flank steak
Proportions are important in this.
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Marinate at least 6 hours. Grill on very hot grill. Works really well with chicken, too.
