We tend to look at a regular member general behaviour, past rule breaking and other factors. The fact is your contributions to the forum are not obscured by a quote rule breaking and as you say got easy, is standard staff operating. Just like it is for one to remove himself from voting when engaging another member directly.

And yes, I do understand the ethical rationale behind voluntary recusal. And, that a similar practice is part of AF Staff's SOP, as it is within almost any entity where voting is involved. So what? You keep bringing it up as if it holds some relevance in this particular situation.
