Nothing in the record indicates bias or any kind of dodgy dealing, the Staff as a body acted in no way differently to any other day at the office, even the guy in the frame who did the dirty deed has told you precisely what he did and why. Tibs didn't rush in on his white stallion to his wife's defence; though he doesn't post particularly frequently, he does participate more in the Staff areas than the front-of-house. He certainly doesn't run the place like his own private empire (or why even bother with Staff procedures at all?). Nobody has been punished, nobody has been hurt, nobody is even vaguely being threatened with the hammer.
In fact, if the unfounded and quite frankly unfair allegations of Staff misconduct hadn't been thrown around again, which you have been informed repeatedly by a number of people are totally untrue, I for one would never have been interested in whatever petty spat spawned the derail in the first place.
