@shadow -- guitar is my primary instrument, with a variety of genres -- rock and blues being my favorite. I've also made money gigging as a bassist. I'm a complete hack on drums and keyboards, but find 'em both fun.

Another way to cultivate solid meter is by practicing with a metronome. That's what works for me.
