It is as though you are advocating underage sex with adults, so long as it is post-pubescent.
It amounts to me saying that it's odd that you have to be technically over 18 to join porn sites and to buy porn.
The same for being filmed having sex, you have to be over 18.
But when you're over 16 you can have sex, at least where I live.
It's like saying you can drink this beer but you're too young to watch people drinking beer over a computer screen or be filmed drinking beer.
