If one of his twitter rants went even more unhinged than usual, then just stopped; would it raise an eyebrow to hear that he had suffered a stroke while hammering away? Half of his twitter feed reads like someone who is spazzing out anyway. Alzheimers is a fatal disease. No one would be surprised to learn that Trump really is losing his mind. Who would argue with an actual diagnoses of him suffering from an advanced case.
