If a kid gets a hold of an adult's gun and kills someone with it, why the fuck aren't the adults charged in so many of the cases? If you leave a child in a hot car and they die, you get charged. But leave a gun laying around, and a toddler kills his sister? "Well, accidents happen!" Bull-fucking shit. If you leave a gun where a kid can find it, then you should be held criminally responsible for their actions. Plain and fucking simple.
