Quote:BUSTED: Vermont white nationalist loses job at pizza chain after being spotted in Charlottesville
So one guy who worked at a Hot Dog restaurant got fired and another guy who flips pizzas gets fired. Starting to look like these fuckers are Joe the Plumber types. White guys with an exaggerated sense of self-worth who can't get more than dead end jobs and start looking for scapegoats.... just like Germany in 1930.
Might be very entertaining to see a demographic study on the make up of the goose-stepping morons.
Um can we leave class out of this? I have worked low wage jobs my entire life. I think you also need to take into account a very rich man, in the white house was peddling that fear and hate, so it is not impossible for rich people to be assholes too.
Min, you know I love your passion in fighting bigotry, but doing this you don't support my liberal friend who is a democrat who values LGBT rights and hates 45 as much as you do. John grew up with religious parents in rural Oklahoma, but he managed to ditch that and he grew up poor too. He even with a college degree, and I have one too, he works at Wall Mart.
I did not end up using my degree, but even given that, I still would not trade it for the world to trade places with 45.
The economy has always been the issue, for both urban blacks and rural whites. We are not going expand our map by allowing 45 and the GOP to draw us into that trap.
EVEN Martin Luther King said many times "When we do well, everyone does well".
I never want you to stop fighting bigotry, but lets point out the real enemy and not make needless enemies ourselves. John may have grown up in rural Oklahoma, and he may still work at Wall Mart, but I have known him for 16 years and you will never get me to equate the job he has or his geography as some sort of presumption of guilt.
Class is not the issue, 45s peddling hate and fear is. Geography is not the issue, 45s peddling hate and fear is. The democratic party exists in all 50 states and I refuse to abandon our fellow liberals who exist in red states.
Good people exist in every state, not just blue states.
If you want to condemn that individual I am with you, but his job is not why he is a dick.
