So, not an entity at all then (I've left out human beings because I thought that you were obviously not wondering whether or not there were people watching you, unbeknownst to you).  We're left with "a force".  I'm not really sure that it makes much sense to talk about a force watching you. if the question then becomes "is it possible that some non-entity force is watching me" then the no-nonsense answer is a hard no. Mostly because the question is forced to choose between nonsense or equivocation.

It's like asking whether or not it's possible that the blind man sees you. No, he doesn;t, it;s not possible..but a person willing to be -very- creative in their use of the terms "blind man" and "see" and "possibility" could probably yap your ear off about it until armageddon.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
