Alright, completely backtracked on every idea I previously mentioned.
My problem was trying to get an image that wouldn't be out of place next to a tribal tattoo but obviously more modern than tribal.
Putting a banksy art piece next to a tribal piece would be like putting a McDonalds in the middle of stonehenge.
Hence why I was going for medieval death art. The problem with this is how stereotypical having more skeletons on my body would be.
The answer I've come to now is a completely different idea but I can fit skeletons in if I want.
I basically want art work from one of my favourite books, 1984.
Mainly how the eye looks and the black lines, I'll even possibly consider a quote from 1984, but that goes against my rules of having no writing on a tattoo ever.
I don't want to get too entrenched in 1984, but I do want it to have some relevence to the film so I might get something else 1984 related, and also see what else would look good being blended ontop of that possibly from another source.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
