Going to poker nights twice a week and also volunteering once a week. And I may end up doing poker 3 nights a week in time, we shall see.
I'd also say I'm doing better than ever. I've been marginally happier in the past but overall I'd say this is better than ever because I'm almost as happy and I'm also healthier.
Good on you, Hammy! I should probably take a cue from you and socialize more myself.

I lost 13 pounds. I hadn't done skinfold measurements in over 3 years. When I did them today I found I had lost %1. I'm sure the number isn't accurate (in terms of my actual body composition)so I won't post it, but the fact that the number went down tells me something good is happening.
My calories are pretty low but I don't feel hungry most of the time. My fasting blood sugar is high ish in the mornings but great 3 hours after meals. (I have type 2 diabetes)
Well done, I.L. Hope you find a satisfying diet that makes you happy and healthy from here on out.
Thanks Whateverist. After some big initial changes I've gradually got it more and more clean and low calorie, to the point where now it's about the same calories that a man of average weight would eat.
