The quote cannot be proven or disproven, as dark matter is open to interpretation.
Therefor it is neither right or wrong. When the particles are found, which may never happen, then the truth wil be known. But it does exist, as the affects can be obseved in the physical world.
It is understood that this matter passes through all physical substance. However, the rate cannot be known as it is undetectable.
This part of the quote cannot be proven and therefore maybe incorrect at this point in time. However, it may also be true.
There is a difference betwee unknown and incorrect.
