Yep, what ever you're doing it's sticking in an extra *https://* at the end on the youtube url

You've got it, that's the one! Thanks for looking into this folks. I spotted the "https://" earlier when you asked me to display the code but I assumed it was just some sort of artefact that didn't embed in the actual address line.
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.
