Even if that's true, unthinking insensitivity is actually worse than someone doing it deliberately. At least the latter pushes an agenda, of sorts. The former is just plain ignorant. That he still fails to acknowledge that is inexcusable. I'm glad that I am providing entertainment.
IDK, intentional insensitivity seems far worse to me. People cannot help when they are ignorant of something, and that state can be remedied, so they don't do it again.
His insensitivity seems intentional to me, anyway.
