I feel unreal.
I don't feel bad.
I don't feel good.
I don't feel fine.
I don't feel not fine.
I am fine. Because I am not not fine. I am neutral. Which isn't not fine.
I feel unreal.
That is to say I feel embodied by the unreality of any emotions besides a strange inner perception or 'feeling' of the unreality of emotion. And I'm not even sure if that itself is an emotion.

(look how emotional I can and do behave. And I'm not acting either. To act I'd have to know what it was like to not act. What's untruth without the concept of truth?).
