As a genre I GENERALLY like electronica.
My two favourite bands are Orbital and Long Range...
Orbital were a band existing between 1989-2004..my favourite current band is Long Range. Orbital were a british electronic duo who are also brothers; Phil and Paul Hartnoll. When they disbanded in 2004 - partly to try something new and partly because Paul suddenly had the responsibility of two new born twins - Phil formed a band called Long Range with Nick Smith who is famous for doing the music to the opening credits of the movie Hannibal. Paul currently does music on his own and is my favourite solo artist.
After Orbital and Long Range my favourite band is probably Kraftwerk.

I also like some Underworld and Plaid. My favourite rock band is probably Muse.
PS: A lot of people think Kraftwerk means 'craft work' but actually it's German for power station.
