Hillary was perfectly willing to disenfranchise all the democratic primary voters, so please allow me a polite chuckle when mention of Hillary and the word 'voters' is brought up.
Maybe at some point a high school civics/government instructor might sit Hillary down and explain democracy, and voting, and some other topics to her she might find interesting.
