It's just the National Do Not Call Registry site, but right there on the front page you can report any number using a robodialer. I've cut my robocall's way down since I started turning the bastards in. While you're there, add your number. It doesn't stop them all, but it sure cuts down on the new ones.

ETA: Try to milk the asshole on the other end for as much information as possible before actually reporting them. Many of them use phone number spoofing making it harder to track them. Having a company name and especially a contact name is a load of help.
