That's pretty much exactly what I was gonna say Wink I was more into Sega than Nintendo but I did eventually get a SNES and Mario Kart and was totally unbeatable among my friends... I usually played as Toad and I so miss that game Sad... tbh I don't think any Mario Kart since has come close. I really should buy an old SNES from eBay or something, cos I'd love to play it again.

I think FZero X on the N64 is absolutely amazing... but then it got worse after that (granted, only personally seen one future version... on the Game cube) by changing the method of attack. In the N64 version it's not a ranged attack but either a spin or a sort of vibrate left and right. In the SNES version, which one is it more like?
